Why You’re Here

Anxiety & Burnout

You’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and constantly on edge. Somehow, you’re expected to keep showing up like everything is fine. Maybe you’ve been through something traumatic, or maybe you can’t point to one event, but your nervous system won’t settle. Sleep is hard, boundaries feel impossible, and you're tired of carrying it all alone.

Perinatal Trauma

Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or grieving something no one can see, this season has left you feeling unrecognizable to yourself. Your relationships may feel strained, your body doesn’t feel like home, and you’re silently wondering if what you're feeling is normal and if you will ever really feel like yourself again.

Masking for Survival

You’ve spent years hiding your needs, masking your identity, and your pain to keep the peace. Whether it's tied to your sexuality, your past, or the roles you've been forced into, there’s a growing ache that says something has to change. You're ready to feel safe in your own body, confident in your truth, and fully seen for who you are.

Meet Liz Mello, LMHC

This is a space for people who are holding more than they can say. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma that’s still affecting the way you experience the present. Maybe you’re in a season of pregnancy, postpartum, or loss that no one prepared you for. Maybe you’ve spent years shaping yourself around other people’s expectations, and you’re starting to feel the enormous cost. This is where you begin to reclaim yourself, and we’ll start with what’s real for you right now.

Therapy Specialties

Perinatal Mental Health

Pregnancy and postpartum can bring up fear, grief, anger, and confusion; especially when the experience doesn’t match what you expected. You might feel isolated, ashamed, or like you're losing pieces of yourself. This is a space where we can talk honestly about what this season is bringing up and what kind of support you really need.

Sex Therapy

Sexual concerns can stir up shame, confusion, fear, or frustration, especially when intimacy doesn’t feel the way you want it to. You might feel disconnected from your body, worried about your relationship, or unsure how to talk about your needs. We can address what’s happening with honesty and care, so you can begin to feel more comfortable, connected, and supported in your sexual self.

LGBTQIA Affirming Care

Exploring sexuality or gender can bring up layers of doubt, fear, or grief, especially when past experiences left you feeling unseen or unsafe. You might notice yourself pulling away in relationships, questioning your needs, or struggling to trust your own desires. This is a space to sort through those feelings with care, rebuild a sense of safety in your body, and begin to reconnect with what intimacy and authenticity mean for you.

1. Book Your Free Consultation: We start with a brief call to talk about what’s bringing you in and make sure this feels like a good fit. You can ask questions and share as much or as little as you’re ready for.

2. Begin Therapy Process: In ongoing sessions, we take our time. We work together to understand your patterns, your needs, and what’s been getting in the way. This is real, human support that meets you where you are.

3. Experience Meaningful Change: As things start to shift, you feel more grounded in yourself. You begin to trust your responses, set clearer boundaries, and move through life with more clarity and care.
