My role is not to fix you or tell you who to be, but to offer a steady, compassionate space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and move at a pace that feels right for you. I work relationally and collaboratively, with care for how your experiences live in your body, your relationships, and your sense of self. Whether you’re navigating perinatal experiences, questions around intimacy or identity, or feeling disconnected from yourself, my intention is to help you feel safer, more grounded, and more at home in who you are.

Clarity

Things that once felt tangled or hard to explain often begin to make more sense. Patterns become easier to recognize, reactions feel less confusing, and decisions can start to feel more grounded and intentional rather than driven by overwhelm.
